As a player in the field of electronic service for the last 20 years, the company has acquired a strong and widely-recognised expertise in its domain. This is in part thanks to its proven methods, solid processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in the field of electronic service.
All of TSS’s electronic workshops are equipped with industry-leading instruments, tools and technical resources allowing the most complex repairs to take place, up to component level (level 4). Moreover, TSS has developed custom methods and tools to be able to repair certain costly types of components (e.g. BGA reballing), and even certain oxidised boards.
Accreditations
TSS is accredited by the leading brands to repair within warranty their electronic products. As such, TSS is regularly audited by its clients. During these audits, manufacturers control TSS’s compliance with quality and security standards and many other topics such as the use of original spare parts.
TSS provides regular training to its technical workforce (repair technicians and engineers) and operates ESD-protected workshops that conform with the manufacturer’s strict guidelines. Most of TSS’s production facilities are ISO 9001:2015 certified.
